Following your call or E-mail we will send you an order pack that includes the following:-

 

 

Choose a handmade wood frame in Teak, Oak or Cherry facings, carefully finished with several coats of wax and clear lacquer. All frames come sealed and are complete with fixings ready to hang. Our frames are of the very highest quality and will remain looking beautiful for many years.

 

 

 

All our mounts are “double” meaning you choose two colours, one for the outer mount and one for the inner. This adds depth and outlines the images, drawing your eye in. All our mounts are of a conservation quality and cut by hand. There are a choice of six in your order pack!

 

We have at our disposal a full range of professional scanning and editing equipment and computer software that allows us to enlarge, without loss of quality, enhance, crop, and indeed even repair minor damage. If your photographs are not of the required standard or need extensive repair work we will contact you to discuss your options. After preparing your images and creating your chosen layout, we produce your gallery on a single sheet using a professional printer.

 

We can accept your photographs in almost any format. However, the likelihood is that you will want to send us your images as printed photographs or digital files on a disk. Please follow these guidelines.

Printed Photographs - This is straight forward, in that you just need to put the correct number of photographs into the tin , noting on their reverse if you have a preference for where they appear in you chosen layout. or just leave the artistic side to us! In order to create the layout & visual effect it may be necessary for us to crop individual images. All your photographs will be returned to you in their original condition.

Digital files - You may have taken the photographs on a digital camera or had original photographs scanned in the past. These are absolutely fine for our purposes but must be of a sufficient quality. We supply you with a computer disk, so just transfer your photographs onto it and return in the tin. If you have a preference to where they appear you can write us a note or ideally, re-title the photographs.

Alternative formats - If you wish to send us film negatives, larger prints or e-mail your images please get in touch so we can share our experience.

 

Packaging - Once we have completed your picture gallery we will wrap it in special packaging designed specifically to protect the picture and send it to your chosen address via National Courier. This packaging system has been used to send pictures all over the world and it is very rare to find that they have been damaged in transit.

 

Delivery timescale's - Because we make all the gallery pictures individually and to order we aim to be ready to deliver within 10 working days of receipt of your order. If you particularly need the picture by a certain date, or very quickly, please phone and we will always do our best to help. When your picture is ready for dispatch we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient date for delivery. We can agree delivery on any weekday or on a Saturday or before certain times at extra cost.

Payment - We accept personal cheques with order or are happy to take credit card payment by telephone.

 

 

The cost of delivery We endeavour to keep costs to a minimum but it is dependant on the level of service you require and of course where you want it delivered. To give you an idea standard delivery within England and Wales starts from £13.00. for all picture sizes. Detailed prices will be in your gallery pack. or see our Terms and Conditions. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality of product, service and customer care. In addition are proud to offer a full 12 month guarantee. All print processes use only inks and media with lightfastness in excess of 75 years. For our mounting and framing we dry mount the photographic media to 11000 micron display board, use only Bainbridge conservation grade mount board and float glass. Frames are finished using conservation art-bac, and high quality tape and hanging fixtures. We endeavour to recycle as much as possible including asking our customers to return information tins, our packaging is100% recyclable and we recycle all waste products.
